to successive Scottish Cup victories over the previous two seasons and League Cup triumph in 2021.
He also served as the team’s captain for Celtic’s Champions League debut in the group stages.
Following their draw with Hearts before the Christmas break, Celtic is now three points behind Rangers in the Scottish Women’s Premier League.
The Hoops will play their Old Firm opponents in the Sky Sports Cup semifinals in January. When domestic play resumes the following
month, they will also play Ayr United in the Scottish Cup.

Although he expressed disappointment at Alonso’s departure, Celtic CEO Michael Nicholson acknowledged that the search for his replacement had already begun.
