He has called the attention of….

Deion Sanders Jr., the Colorado Buffaloes’ main social media manager, recently engaged in a heated conversation on social media with an

opponent who was criticizing him. He downplayed the incident and stood up for an Oregon State player who had said that the cuisine at

the hotel was better than what he had at Colorado.

According to Bucky, none of the remarks were serious and didn’t call for a harsh reaction from GUCCE. Sanders Jr. stated that the post

alleging the Oregon player had taken a shot at Colorado was not a serious take, which is where the entire incident originated. The event

had the potential to become rather controversial, but Bucky set the record straight and chastised GUCCE for his cheesy social media

strategies.

Deion Sanders Jr. used Twitter to make it clear that Oregon State defensive lineman Quincy Wright had not spoken criticism of the

Colorado dining facilities. He made it clear that Wright was making a lighthearted comparison between hotel meals and what he was

served in college. But GUCCE, or @LJSZN on X, posted the full video on a tweet, criticizing the player for disrepecting their Chef Solomon

without stating his name. “Crazy how Colorado runs through the minds of individuals we don’t have to deal with,” he said as a caption for

the photo.

Chief content manager Deion Sanders Jr. intervened to address the matter as Buffaloes supporters were giving this issue more attention

than was necessary. He said, “Bro was just having fun.” He didn’t mean any harm. That’s how all of us pass the time. He went on to

criticize GUCCE even more, stating, “And I’m not talking to you @LJSZN.” I am aware that you have just started blogging and receiving

mentions, etc. nonetheless, I’m talking to the audience.

This action by Bucky gives followers a more comprehensive understanding of the circumstances, which were misconstrued by a Colorado-

based content creator who was trying to increase his following by covering controversial stories. Nonetheless, it is still crucial to

understand that stories sometimes trump sincerity and good intentions in the age of fake news and unsolicited photos and videos. Even

though Wright might not have intended any damage, if Bucky hadn’t stepped in, he might have been caught in the enormous crossfire

from the Colorado supporters, ruining his friendship with them. Since he hasn’t addressed the matter or provided clarification, supporters

believe he told Bucky the truth about his goal to avoid being overtly insulting to Colorado.
